Who We Are

A Non-Governmental Organization with a direct focus on working with underprivileged women and female children. It was set up as a way of giving back to and helping the most vulnerable in our society.

Eni Eniola

 Founder and CEO

Eni Eniola, M.sc, MPhil, MBA

 

Eni serves as the Founder and CEO at One78 Foundation.

 

Having worked extensively in the international corporate world, Eni returned home in 2015, charged with the sole aim to give back to the communities he grew up in.

 

He once served as an expatriate for Siemens as the lead business consultant for the African market where he oversaw different projects on behalf of Siemens Healthcare Sector and Telecommunications. One of the major projects he worked on while at Siemens, was the conceptualization and profitability of telecommunication development for MTN Africa as well as building a business framework for products and services from conception to launch for the African market.

 

Eni holds an MBA degree from Washington University in St. Louis, USA, Management and Strategy in Doing business in the Emerging Market from Harvard Business School, a PgDip in Business Development from Warwick Business School in England and MSc in Information Security from Royal Holloway University of London.

Shafe Abosede

 Director of Programmes

Shafe Abosede , BA Honors, BSc Lagos State University. She is the founder of OR initiative, which does bespoke branding, corporate gifting, and CSR Packages for companies & individuals in the public and private sector. Her job description is to make organizations look good and be well interpreted in corporate gifting. Abosede is an entrepreneur with vast knowledge of experience in business

 

She has worked for multi sports services, as a client service executive, and has also worked at Blue Seal Advertising handing brands such as Haier Thermocool and some PZ brands, Makassa Sun and CNS marine portraying companies in good limelight is a passion that she holds at heart. She is also the founder and CEO of Bivy Plantain Chips and Potato Chips that are sold in stores all over Nigeria.

 

Hence having a background in the advertising world she puts her passion into the creation of the OR initiative CSR packages is an in depth passion that she loves. OR initiative serves as a middle man between organizations and communities to solve basic important needs. Being impactful and giving back to society is what they live for. OR initiative provides companies, private and public holders different packages that will fit into their CSR budget and see that it would be well executed with adequate usage of data collection to be impactful for the purpose that it was meant for

 

Her clientele base includes Chapel Hill & Denham, Bet9ja, Tideway Advisory, HipTV, Hydroserve Oil & Gas, Leighton Petroleum. Makasasun, Valuejet, One78foundation, Noella foundation, Addoser MFB, etc.
